Returns and Exchanges

Your satisfaction with any purchase from FantasticDecor.com is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 21 days and we'll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding shipping and handling fees).

You will need to contact returns@fantasticdecor.com to get an authorized return number, return address and instructions. No returns will be accepted without an authorization number. There is no restocking fee on returns.

If you return an item, we'll refund your purchase price. We can't refund shipping and handling charges or return postage. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

Upon receipt of the returned product, a credit will be issued within 21 days or no more than two credit card billing cycles. Any orders paid by check or money order will be refunded by check.

If an item is damaged in route to you, please contact CustomerServices@fantasticdecor.com. we will issue a 'call tag' to have the damaged item(s) picked up and will send you a replacement.
