clicking check out button. Once you have completed our
simple online order form, providing shipping and billing
information and a credit card number, well confirm your
order via email. Please jot down your order. You can use
the number to track your order through our online system.

Tax
We do not collect taxes for orders shipped to all states.
Product Availability
The FantasticDecor.com website is updated continuously with current on a daily basis.
Most products on this site are in stock and available. Some products are carried on a
seasonal basis and may be temporarily unavailable. We are unable to automatically deduct
inventory when a product is purchased online. This means it is possible that a product you
order may actually be on back-order. In that event, we will notify you via e-mail. you will
have the option to wait for the product if it will be back in stock, substitute the item for a similar
item, or request a full refund. In some cases, shipping will be delayed up to 90 days when new shipment is pending.
Order Cancellation
To request cancellation of your order please e-mail a request along with
your order number to CustomerServices@fantasticdecor.com.
We make every attempt to cancel an order upon each request. However, we cannot cancel an
order once it has been shipped. If a package is in transit when your request
is made, cancellation of this order will not be possible. Refusal of delivery
will not prevent original shipping charges, return shipping fees or any restocking
fees from applying to any refund allowed.
